A double bill by the South Island’s professional dance company – Primarily Dance. Afternoon With Percy has terrific dancing to well-known Percy Grainger piano melodies (e.g. Country Gardens). After the interval comes Melodrama, a brand-new contemporary ballet which shows the making of a black & white silent film. Our cast include favourites Tabitha Dombroski, Callum Phipps, Bjorn Aslund, with newcomers Ariah Mandeno and Andrew Rushby, featuring pianist Louis Lucas-Perry.
